Remove the key and you will notice that the center of the cam lock has extended out.

| To open the lockbox first press the ON button. | |||||
| 1. | Notice the red indicator light turns on. | ||||
| 2. | Enter the six digit code. | ||||
| 3. | The box will beep twice and the green indicator light will turn on. Grasp the knob and turn it clockwise. |
||||
| 4. | Open the lockbox |
||||
| 5. | To release the shackle insert the cylindrical key into the cam lock located on the side of the box and turn the key 1⁄2 turn clockwise. |
